FTR Policy Regarding Conflict Minerals
In 2010, Congress passed the Dodd-Frank Act, which directs the Commission to issue rules requiring certain companies to disclose their use of conflict minerals if those minerals are “necessary to the functionality or production of a product” manufactured by those companies. Under the Act, those minerals include tantalum, tin, gold or tungsten.
Congress enacted Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act because of concerns that the exploitation and trade of conflict minerals by armed groups is helping to finance conflict in the DRC region and is contributing to an emergency humanitarian crisis. Section 1502 of the Act amends the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 to add Section 13(p).
FTR is committed to supporting the Dodd-Frank Act by practicing our due diligence when sourcing products that contain these minerals. We are working with our suppliers to verify the smelters in their mineral supply chain wherever applicable.

Mechanical Tool Designer / Tool & Die Maker:
· Immediate opening for Mechanical Tool Designer / Tool & Die Maker who has experience designing and overseeing the building of progressive punch press dies.
· Responsible for design of progressive punch press dies utilized during the manufacture of precision metal stampings. Designs according to customer blueprint specifications.
· Proficient with Solid Works and AutoCAD.
Required education:
· High school or equivalent required. Higher education which includes formal technical training required.
Required experience:
· Tooling Design of Metal Stampings: 5 years (Negotiable, depending on skill level.)
